You are the proud owner of a unique piece: a true wearable artwork! Like all precious things, it requires a bit of care to accompany you for many years. Here are our care recommendations.

(1) Space out your washes
Jackets, skirts, etc. do not need to be cleaned too frequently. After wearing them, air them out and only wash with water only when (really) necessary.

(2) Opt for hand washing
Use a gentle soap and cold water. Gently swirl the garment so that the soapy water penetrates the fabric without twisting the item. Do not let it soak.

(3) Let it air dry
Gently squeeze out excess water without twisting the garment by rolling it in a towel that will absorb the extra moisture. Let it dry naturally on a hanger or flat.

(4) Iron on the reverse side
Or (even better!) use a steamer, or, if not available, place a clean cloth between the iron and the garment. In all cases, the iron should never directly touch the painted patterns to avoid damaging them.

(5) No dry cleaning!
If you send your garment to the dry cleaner, be sure to inform them accordingly.

Indicated for a size 38, this gorgeous jacket in very thick denim (just what we love!) will actually fit more broadly, from size 34 with a slightly oversized look that suits this piece well, up to size 38. For reference, the Stockman mannequin on which the jacket is displayed corresponds to a size 36.

Shoulder width: 42 cm
Height: 62cm

Behind my "art-to-wear" creations lie exceptional vintage pieces, reimagined through my brush and imagination. All the items you'll find here have been carefully and lovingly sourced during encounters, travels, flea markets, antique fairs... based on (very) strict criteria.

1. The first, the "crush." Only pieces with real uniqueness make it into my selection; pieces with character, a soul. In short, a "look"! Items that integrate perfectly into the universe of Carlos-Carlos.

2. Second, the quality of their craftsmanship. This involves analyzing the cuts, fabric joins, finishes... but also the materials. For a vintage garment to pass through my selection, it must be made of noble and natural materials.

3. Each vintage beauty I source is carefully inspected and repaired when necessary before being cleaned and disinfected meticulously in an eco-friendly dry cleaner.

4. Then comes the most exciting step: the painting! Here, no constraints other than my imagination... and the cut of the piece! My sources of inspiration are numerous and reflect what drives me every day: art, design, gastronomy, photography... In all cases, I immerse myself in the style and specificities of the piece to ensure perfect harmony between it and the reinterpretation I propose.

5. The final step? The "crush." But this time, yours. The one that will allow these pieces, with their singular beauty, to start a new life by your side... or on your back!

A small note: my wearable art pieces are created on vintage items, generally between 20 and 50 years old! As such, it is normal for them to show slight signs of age. In any case, these will always be minimal and marginal. I stand behind the quality of every item offered here.
