What are the delivery terms?

Items in stock will be shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation, unless explicitly stated otherwise on each product sheet (case of pre-order items).
Depending on the country of destination, shipping options include
- Standard shipping at home against signature
- Shipping to a Pick-up & Go location
- Click'n collect (Paris 17e)
- Courier delivery on appointment (Paris intramuros)
The delivery methods available for your address are updated automatically once the items have been added to the basket and the delivery postal code entered.
Prices are fixed and depend on the country of destination. They are expressed in euros and all taxes included. Depending on the destination, local taxes or customs fees may be charged upon entry of your order into your country.
Special case for "large format" works: for certain pieces, just like my larger canvas paintings, please contact me before confirming your order so we can determine the most suitable shipping method and the associated cost together.
What are the terms of return?
Place your order with light heart: should your order not fit, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of retraction. The deadline starts the day after the day of order receipt.
Send me your return request at bonjour@carloscarlos-paris.fr before the expiration of the aforementioned 14-day period. Please make sure to specify the order number and the reference of the item(s) you wish to return. As soon as I receive your request, I will contact you to organize the return in the best and simplest conditions. Except in the case of an exchange, return costs remain at your charge.
Living in Paris? You can return your order at my workshop, located Paris XVII, upon appointment.
Careful! The product must be returned in a condition allowing its immediate resale. The product must therefore be returned in new condition, along with all the various manuals and accessories with which it was delivered, and in its original packaging. Carlos-Carlos Paris reserves the right to refuse the reimbursement of the product if any of these conditions is not met.
What are the terms of reimbursement?
Once I have received and checked your return package, and provided the return conditions are met (see "what are the terms of return?"), your refund will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days. You will be refunded directly through the payment method used when passing the order.
Can I exchange my product(s)?
Of course!
Should you wish to make an exchange, please send me an email specifying the initial order number, the product you would like to exchange and the one you would like to exchange it for. In the case of an exchange, you will not have to pay the return shipping fees for the item to be exchanged; I will provide you with the shipping label to use to send me back the piece.
Living in Paris? You can exchange your order directly to my workshop, located Paris 17e. Upon receipt of your exchange request, I will contact you so that we can schedule an appointment.
Careful! The same conditions apply as in the case of a simple return.
Where can I find you?
Due to the unique nature of most of my creations, they are exclusively available through my own sales channels.
If you're visiting Paris, you are welcome to meet me and explore my work at my studio located in the center of Paris. I would be delighted to welcome you there!
If you don’t have the opportunity to come to Paris, you can still schedule a phone or video call for any questions, advice, or to discover a piece you’re interested in.

Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?
Not necessarily. You can create an account, or simply place an order as a "guest". However, I strongly recommend that you create an account so you can easily follow the progress of your order and download your invoices.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time right from your Carlos-Carlos Paris' Customer account, in your orders section. An e-mail containing the tracking number is also automatically sent to you when your order package is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
There are several secured ways to pay.
1) Debit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express. To pay by card, select “Card” in the payment options. Your bank details are transmitted directly to the bank and are not stored.
2) PayPal: to pay via PayPal, select “PayPal” in the payment options, then click on “Confirm Payment.” You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
3) Alma: thanks to our partner Alma, you can choose to pay your order in 2 or 3 times at the check-out. Fees are on us. Some restrictions may apply (min. order, country of domiciliation, type of product).
Is my payment secure?
Your payment is secured by the payment partners I work with (Stripe, PayPal, Alma), which ensure the registration of the payment order and the security of the payment itself. Absolutely no banking data is stored on my website.
